LifeSaver Continues to Work Hand in Hand with Oxfam and DFID

Posted 9 years ago

International aid organisation Oxfam GB and the UK Government Department for International Development (DFID) have recommitted their purchasing of Lifesaver products and they continue to stock hold Lifesaver cubes for emergency response and for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programmes.

Oxfam’s stock holding of products ensure that Lifesaver water filters can be deployed from their UK warehouse to any Oxfam in-country team within two days, and being part of the DFID’s Rapid Response Facility (RRF) means they can mobilise Lifesaver quickly in the critical hours following a large scale humanitarian disaster.

Our continued partnership with Oxfam and DFID evidence their ongoing commitment to Lifesaver and their confidence in the technology to provide people with a reliable source of clean drinking water.

Oxfam’s latest deployment of Lifesaver cubes has taken place throughout South Sudan providing displaced communities with a portable source of clean drinking water.
