We dispatch products every working day – Monday to Friday. Excluding UK public holidays. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of the order being made. All products are sent by standard delivery and should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries. For orders to the Russian Federation we can only ship to registered businesses.
Who will be shipping my goods?
We use couriers for both domestic and international shipments. For all international shipments, please allow time for goods to clear customs. Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, therefore please provide us with a physical address.
Will there be an extra charge for shipping to a remote area?
Where remote area delivery charges are incurred, you will be contacted for the additional payment, prior to despatch.
Who is responsible for local duty and tax costs?
All shipments will be delivered on DAP delivery terms, subject to Incoterms 2000, the receiver is therefore responsible for local duty & tax.
I need my goods re-directed but I am unable to do this via the courier, can you help?
We would advise that you contact our customer service department on +44 1206 580999, please have your order number to hand and an alternative delivery address.
What happens to my goods if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
If you are out when the courier calls they will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. The courier will only attempt delivery three times before goods are returned to us. If you fail to arrange a suitable re-delivery before the goods are returned, we will charge an additional shipping charge to resend the goods.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your new LifeSaver product!,
However, if for any reason you change your mind, return your product to Icon LifeSaver within 14 days following your receipt of the product, and a refund will be issued. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items. Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been primed (activation of the cartridge) or otherwise used. When positing your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage and tracking details. Please ensure all items are well packaged, and are marked clearly as ‘RETURNS’ on any customs label of documentation. Please include a copy of your invoice. After goods have been inspected by us and deemed to be of re-saleable condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus a shipping price of £5 (UK) and £20 (Europe – EU) in the case of non-faulty items.
Please note – you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted product, and for the value of the goods if they are damaged as a result of handling or in the return transit to Icon LifeSaver.
If within 28 days of purchase goods returned to us are deemed faulty, incorrect or damaged, you will receive either a full refund, repair or replacement, plus reimbursement for the return delivery charge when postage receipt is provided (up to a maximum of £20). After 28 days you may return any item for inspection if you believe it to be faulty, and we may either repair, replace or refund at our discretion if the item is deemed defective. Please ensure all items are well packaged. Please note you are responsible for the value of goods if they are damaged as a result of handling or in the return transit to Icon LifeSaver.
