Fill a Squeeze Pouch with water from the nearest river, lake or stream and screw the nozzle into the base of your Lifeline. Squeeze the pouch gently to force water through the filters. Perfect if travelling with children who might struggle to suck water directly, and great for those that don't fancy crouching down on a steep or muddy riverbank.

A Squeeze Pouch also allows you to collect water and take it with you to drink later through the Lifeline.
